Nashville-based HCA Healthcare will donate $1 million to assist those affected by the March 3 tornadoes in middle Tennessee, which damaged about 2,000 homes and buildings. HCA Healthcare colleagues across the state are participating in the relief efforts by volunteering time and resources to help those affected, the company said. The employee-run HCA Healthcare Hope Fund, which provides financial aid and resources to employees after disasters and other special situations, also is providing grants to colleagues impacted by the tornadoes.
